    Connecting a Android Mobile Device or Tablet to a Reach RX

      Preparing Your Mobile Device or Tablet to Connect to Reach RX.

      Make sure Bluetooth has been enabled on your device. To do this, navigate to your device's settings.

      Toggle the Bluetooth connection on.

      Connect your mobile device to Wifi.

      Connecting Reach to Your Mobile Device.

      Turn your Reach device on holding the power button for a few seconds until you see the LED light flash on.

      Open the Emlid Flow app on your device.

      You should see the name of your Reach RX from the list of available devices. Select your Reach RX to connect.

      You should see "Connected" once your device has properly connected.

      Once connected, ensure that the "Correction input" has been set to "NTRIP over BT." If not, click on "Correction input" and change to the appropriate account for your location.

      Confirming an NTRIP Connection

      Once your Reach RX has successfully connected to your mobile device and you have confirmed that you are connected to the correct NTRIP account, you will news to check that you are receiving corrections.

      In the Emlid Flow app, tap the "Status" icon to view any status information on your Reach RX device.

      Right after connecting the mobile device to the Reach RX rover, you will see "SINGLE" under "Solution" and "Waiting for corrections" under "Corrections." It takes a few minutes after connecting to start receiving corrections.

      Once the device starts receiving corrections, you should see "FIX" or "FLOAT" under "Solution" and "Receiving corrections" under "Corrections." You are now ready to connect your rover and collect geotags in Fieldbook.

      If your rover is not receiving corrections after waiting a few minutes, ensure: \- you are in an open area outside (no buildings, large trees, etc...). \- your mobile device or tablet is connected to Wifi. \- you have the correct NTRIP account information stored and selected to use.
