If your Kiosk has lost connection to the internet, swipe upwards from the bottom of the Kiosk and you should see a black bar appear at the bottom with three different icons.

Click the Circle icon in the middle and you should see a blue circle appear on the Kiosk screen. Click on the blue circle. Once that opens up, click Settings.

On the Settings page, click Wifi

On the next page, it may say that your wi-fi is turned off. If this is the case, click the toggle to turn it On.

You'll then see a list of available wi-fi networks you can connect to. We'd recommend connecting the Kiosk to a strong, secure and private wi-fi network to ensure peak performance. At this step, you may need to type in your wi-fi password

From there, you can click that circle icon at the bottom of the screen again and your Kiosk should reboot with the correct wi-fi connection

If you ever need to update or change the wi-fi network, you can access that Settings page by clicking the Accushield logo at the top 5 times in a row

This page shows information about your Kiosk.
The "Restart App" button on the left will give your Kiosk a quick restart.
The "Print Evac Report" will print a full evacuation report showing who is in & out of the building and may be helpful in instances of an emergency.
The "Settings" button will allow you to adjust the wifi network connected to the Kiosk as well as the time displayed on the Kiosk.
