To get started with creating Contact Reports, you'll start in the Contacts tab of the platform at<https://platform.sparkadvisors.com/contacts/>

We know working with a long list of clients can be overwhelming. Here, we see that we have 787 Active Contacts in our Book of Business. Let's say we want to filter for Spanish speaking clients from that list.

Click "Edit report"

Language Preferences is housed under the **Contact details** tab.

Click "Spanish"

You can make additional filtering choices on this page as well. Once you're done, click "View report."

Once the report is filtered, you can now see from the 830 clients, we have 52 that speak Spanish.

You can also save the report to get access to it at a later time. As you get more clients that speak Spanish, the report will increase from the initial 52.

Click "Save report" once you've named it.

The **Spanish Speaking Clients** report will now be saved under the list of other reports that were preset by Spark or created by you.

You can also download the report to your device as a .csv. Click this button.

Click "Export data (.csv)"

Click "Download (.csv)" and now the report is saved to your device for later use. You can open it in tools like Excel or Google Sheets to continue working on.
