**If Workflow Entitlements are disabled the users in the Approval Groups assigned to a Workflow will:**

- Be able to start a New Run if the user has the "Initiate Factsheet Workflow" permission.
- Receive email updates of when the Workflow has been completed in the Document Production Center.
- Be able to see all the Workflows in the Document Production Center.

**If Workflow Entitlements are enabled the users in the Approval Groups assigned to a Workflow will:**

- Users that have "Edit Factsheet Workflow" permission will:
  - Be able to start a New Run if the user has the "Initiate Factsheet Workflow" permission as well.
  - Receive email updates of when the Workflow has been completed in the Document Production Center.
  - Be able to see all Workflows in the Document Production Center
- Users that don't have "Edit Factsheet Workflow" permission will:
  - Not be able to start a New Run if the user has the "Initiate Factsheet Workflow" permission.
  - Receive email updates of when the Workflow has been completed in the Document Production Center.
  - Only be able to see the Workflows in the Document Production Center where they are part of an Approval Group assigned to the Workflow.

Navigate to the "Documents" tab and select "Document Production Center".

Select the "Workflow Editor" tab and select to the Workflow to which you want to assign the Approval Group.

To start adding Approval Groups to your Workflow click on the "Approval Groups" field.

Start typing the name of the Approval Group you want to add to the Workflow. Select the correct Approval Group from the list.

Click "Save" to update the changes made to the Workflow.

To allow a user to participate in a step they need to have the "Participate in Factsheet Workflow" permission and be assigned to the Step through an Approval Group.

If a user has the Kurtosys "ClientAdmin" role they will be able to participate in any step in the Document Production Center, bypassing the requirement to be part of an Approval Group on a Step.

Select the step to which you want to assign an Approval Group.

Start typing the name of the Approval Group you want to add to the Step. Select the correct Approval Group from the list.

Click "Save" to save any updates made to the Step.
