- On the Project Record you want to copy, click [[...]] next to the Project Name

- Under Actions, hover over [[Project]] and select [[Copy Project]]

- Enter [[Project Name]]

- Enter [[Start Date]] and [[End Date]]
The [[Project Hierarchy]] will default to match the project record you copied, change if needed.

- Enter [[Project Hierarchy]]

- Select [[Copy Resource Plan]] (optional)
- This will copy all the **Project Roles** from the Resource Plan of the Project you are copying

- Select [[Include Workers]] (optional)
- This will copy all the **Workers** from the Resource Plan

- Select [[Copy Project Plan]] (optional)
- This will copy all **Phases** and **Tasks** from the Project Plan

- Click [[OK]]
The [[Owner]] field will default to the person creating the project record and must be changed to the assigned Project Manager

- Enter PM assigned to the Project in the [[Owner]] field
The [[Project ID]] is system generated, leave this field blank

- The setting for [[Include Project ID in Name]] will default to the setting of the copied project, change if needed

- The setting for [[Billable]] field will default to the setting of the copied project
If the [[Billable]] field is not selected, you will not be able to link the project to a contract line.
The following fields will default to the copied project settings, change as needed:
Company, Project Currency, Customer, Project Groups, and External Project Reference
