CorrIQ Status Tracker and Pipeline Views

The Pipeline view dropdowns and filters allow easy viewing of selected loans. The Status Tracker displays the loan status and a brief description to help stay updated on the loan progress at a quick glance. This guide outlines where to locate the tracker, each status, and it's definition.

Pipeline Views

From the **Pipeline View**, additional filters will display as below. Use the following filters to select the loans needed to view: **Channel Filter:** - All - Correspondent Delegated - Correspondent Non-Delegated **View Filter:** - All Loans - My Loans **Loan Status:** - Current - Archived

Select any of the tiles to access a specific Pipeline View. **Example:** **Pending Conditions**

The selected **Pipeline View** will display with key **Data Fields** **NOTE:** Use the Back Arrow to go back to the main page and select a different Pipeline View

Access any loan in the Pipeline View by clicking on the **Loan Number**

Status Tracker

A loan **Status Tracke**r has been added in CorrIQ to allow Lenders to view the loan progress. The Tracker is located on the **Loan Summary** screen. The Radio buttons display: - **Completed** statuses with a check mark - **Current** status highlighted in blue - **Next** phase of the loan process in grey A **Description** of the current status displays below the radio buttons
