      The only difference between a Site Admin Account and a Staff Account is that Staff Accounts can't create other Staff Accounts. If you have a Staff Account, you will not be able to complete the processes below.

      View or Edit Staff Accounts

      From your site admin account click "Other Accounts" and "View or Edit Staff Accounts"

      A list of current staff accounts in the site will appear. You can **Reset Password**, **Edit**, and **Delete** from here

      Click "Reset" to reset the password of a staff account. Enter or generate a new temporary password and select to reset security questions and/or send the password to the email on file. Then click "Reset" and "Close"

      Click "Edit" to edit a staff account, including the username. Update information when prompted and click "Update"

      Click "Delete" to remove a staff account from the site. This should be done any time a staff account holder is no longer working for that building/organization. Click "Delete" again to confirm

      Create Staff Accounts - Option 1 - Add a Single Staff Account

      For Clever/ClassLink schools - Site Admin/Staff Accounts cannot be auto-rostered in the same way that Student/User Accounts can. Site Admin/Staff Accounts must be created **manually** **first** by following this process or contacting the Office of Missouri Connections at 660-562-1046 or [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])

      Enter the required information. Usernames must contain at least 6 characters and are NOT case sensitive. Passwords must be at least 8 characters and include one capital letter, one lowercase letter, and one number. Then click "Add"

      Create Staff Accounts - Option 2 - Batch Upload Several Staff Accounts

      Click "Staff Upload Template". Download the excel document when prompted and click "Enable Editing"

      Tip! Make the username the staff's school email address so it will be easier to remember.
