    Check the existing 2024 pages that have already been copied from 2023. Check the menus that drop down from 2024 Promotion (I have hidden them there till the site goes live around 14 Nov.

    Duplicate a 2023 page and change to 2024

    Find a 2023 page that has not yet been copied from the Graduate Archive drop-down menu.

    Click "Duplicate Post" to duplicate the page and change 2023 to 2024

    Click "2023 " in the title field and change to 2024

    Click "Save draft"

    Tip! Note that the pages have been created in the Block Editor, not the Classic Editor, so the naviation and interface will look a little different. The pages mostly consist of a grid of previews of profiles. These include a square featured image, the name/title, and an excerpt from the profile.\ At the top of the page are the award winners, followed by all the graduates. In the query loops, we need to change the categories from 2023 award winners to 2024 award winners, then 2023 graduate to 2024 Graduate. There are also some additional tweaks to the layout noted below.

    Click "2023 Award" and change to 2024.

    Change the length of the excerpt. Click the excerpt

    Click this number field and change to 22 words. If the 'Show link on a new line' option is on, turn it off.

    Click on the left icon of the block navigation (select parent block) and work your way up to the query loop icon (it looks like an infinity symbol).

    Click the "Tags" field and type 2024.

    Click "2024 AWARD WINNER"

    Click the X to remove the '2023 award' tag.
