To follow this guide you will need: Administrator access to the Amazon management Interface & permission to create a new bucket

Navigate to your Amazon management console

Click "S3"

Click on the AWS Region dropdown and select your region

Click "All objects in this bucket are owned by this account. Access to this bucket and its objects is specified using only policies."
