Using Email Parser by Zapier, we'll extract a couple items from an email.

Navigate to parser.zapier.com/mailboxes
Click "Create Mailbox"

Copy the email address of the new mailbox

Find an example of the recurring email you'd like to parse, and forward it to the mailbox address

Click "Refresh page to look for new email."
