    Open your Internet browser app.

    Go to website: [**https://lttwebhost.net/clientarea.php**](https://lttwebhost.net/clientarea.php)

    Type in your **email address** and **password** in their fields. Use the password that you chose when you ordered the web hosting package online. If you can't remember the password, click on "**Forgot Password**" to reset it. Click the "**Log in**" button to enter the Customer Account Panel.

    Click the "**SERVICES**" link in the Client Area.

    Click the **product/Service you purchased** in the list. Our example is "Business Hosting"

    Click the "**Log in to Plesk**" link in the Actions cluster as seen below.

    You are now in the Plesk Customer Hosting Panel. Click the "**Dashboard**" tab.

    Click the "**Backup & Restore**" link as seen below.

    Click the blue "**Back Up**" button.

    Click the "**Full**" option radio button. This will backup everything that you have in your web hosting account with us. For example, website, email, databases, etc. This is your BEST option. Optionally you can choose any one of the **above check boxes** to only backup certain components of your account on our web hosting server. "**Incremental**" option will allow you to backup only the newest updates where files on the server has changed.

    In the "**Backup settings**" section, click in the field beside "**Comments**" and type a specific description for your backup. Below I typed in "All configuration and content of lighttouchtech.ca".

    Click the blue "**OK**" button to start the backup.

    Once the backup is done, it is stored under "**Backup Manager**" in your hosting account. In order to download a copy of your backup to your computer, click the **green arrow icon** that shows "Download the backup file to your local computer." in black bubble.

    Plesk advises you to create a secure password for your backup. Click the "**Password** \*" field and type in your unique password.

    Click the "**Repeat password** " field and type in your password again to verify.

    Click the blue "**OK**" button to start the download to your computer.
