Open the Editor Menu and navigate to "New Block" and Click "ThoughtSpot Liveboard"

If you are adding a Liveboard, then select from the options under "Liveboards"

If you are adding a Visualization, then select from the options under "Visualizations"

Click "Hide Liveboard Header" if you do not want the Header options to show Such as "Edit/Share/Menu"

Click "OK" when you have selected the appropriate Liveboard or Visualization

Click "SAVE" when you are ready to save your new block
