    Open Internet browser on desktop/laptop or mobile device.

    In your browser's address bar at the top, type in [**https://lighttouchtech.ca/**](https://lighttouchtech.ca/)

    Click "**Customer Login**" button at the top of the screen.

    Click the "Email Address" field.

    Type the **email address** you used when you purchase the web hosting. Click the Password field and type in password you chose at checkout of purchasing the web hosting package. If you can't remember the password, click on "**Forgot Password**". This will reset your password.

    Click on the box beside "**I'm not a robot**".

    Click the "**Login**" button.

    Click on "**Client Area**" link near top of screen. Click "**SERVICES**" link.

    Click "**Your Product**" in the list of "**Products/Service**". Business Hosting is an example only. The product you purchased will show in list.

    Click "**Log in to Plesk**" link under **Actions** section.

    You now entered into your *Plesk Customer Hosting Panel*. Click the "**Mail**" link on the left side of panel.

    Click on the "**Create Email Address**" blue button.

    Type in your choice of the prefix of the email address. My example is "info".

    Click the "**External email address**" field.

    **Type in an external email address.** This is a secondary email address that allows you get your emails if your server email account is down.

    Click the "**Password** \*" field.

    Click "**Generate**" to allow the server to create a very secure password for you. You may optionally type in your own chosen password.

    You will see dots (encryption) auto populate the field. Click "**Show**" to see the exact readable characters.

    Below you should see legible characters in the "Password" field.

    Select the password, then right click and choose "**Copy**" or press **[[ctrl]] + [[c]]**
