    Navigate to the Documents tab and then to the Email Distribution Tab.
    From here, to create a Distribution List, navigate to the Distribution Lists tab. This will display all Distribution Lists that have been created and will also allow the user to create a new distribution list.
    Click the "+ Create List" button to create a distribution list.
    Click the "Name " field and enter a name for your Distribution List. This is a required field.
    Click the "Description" field to add a brief description of your Distribution List.
    Click on the 'Distribution List Types' dropdown to select distribution types: Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, or Annually.
    Within the Configuration section, select the Investment Vehicle Type that corresponds to the type selected when configuring the email workflow.

    The 'Investment Vehicle Type' field is a drop-down field that provides a list of four types: Account, Benchmark, Class or Fund.
    Click the "Investment Vehicles" field. This field will populate a list of all available properties/values that are available based on the Investment Vehicle Type selected in the previous step.
    The list of properties/values in the drop-down can be selected by selecting the checkbox next to the relevant item. More than one value can be selected.
    In the "Recipients" section, users are provided with two options to structure their emails: Affiliated Recipients or Non-Affiliated Recipients. If the user selects the "Affiliated" option, the system will send a single email to multiple recipients. The recipients can be added in the "To", "Cc", and "Bcc" fields. However, if the user selects the "Non-Affiliated" option, the system will send separate emails to each listed contact.
    In this example, the Affiliated option has been selected. The user can then continue by clicking the "Add contact or contact group" field and adding the relevant contact or contact groups in the To, Cc and Bcc fields.

    Before saving the Distribution List, there is a final section called "Document Key Protection" that can enhance the security of your documents through a custom encryption key. To create a custom document key for attached documents, simply enable the "Enable document key protection" toggle. If the toggle is disabled, documents will open without requiring a document key.
    When all required fields have been completed, the user can click on the Save button that will save the Distribution List.
