    Navigate to the Admin Menu

    Click "Events"

    Click "Event Registration"

    Click "Add New Event Registration"

    Enter event name

    Enter event's begin and end date

    If registration is starts on a specific date.

    Cutoff date is optional. If a date is entered here, it will close registration at end-of-day on this date instead of the begin date.

    Enter time the event will start and end

    Click location's time zone

    Choose the registration status. This determines the availability of the registration and if people can register or not.

    The person who's email is in this field will receive email notification whenever people register to the event

    If checked this option will override email lookup and use the forced login screen for member validation for this event.

    If checked, this option will allow you to set up an interactive booth map for attendees during registration.

    Autocopy allows you to have an event repeat itself on a preset pattern. This can be useful if you have a standing registration that is always the same each month. If enabled the event will copy itself out no more than 60 days ahead, and then shift the copy function to the next event. Each event will have its own unique registration and link.

    If field descriptions are entered, they will by default be hidden by an information icon that can be toggled open and closed. Enabling this option will force the descriptions to always be open and displaying for this event.
