Add Case date 

Select surgeon from dropdown 

Type patient reference

Select products to be used in the case

Press "Next" to proceed

Change booking "type" to 'Consignment Booking'

The system shows equipment available in the consignment location.

Select the equipment to be used

Click "Next" to proceed

From the list select the LOAN equipment needed

Add booking note by typing in box

Select delivery address if multiple avaliable

Create Loan and Consignment booking in web portal

Select CONSIGNMENT equipment
