    There are a ton of different template categories, and in each category there are a number of different formats. For instance, social templates can be formatted for wide (such as banner photos), square (best for in-feed. content), or stories

    Once you find a template you like in the format you need, click on "Use" to start editing

    When using your design to advertise a listing, you can use the KWLS feature to search for any KW listing and pull the photos, info, and more directly from the MLS.

    All of the elements of the template can be clicked to select them, and then hover over the element you want to replace it with in the left hand workspace to bring up the "replace" option. Images, logos, text, and more can be swapped out with two simple clicks.

    To save yourself even more time, there's a section of templates that can be auto-created!

    For these, when you select the template you want you click "Auto" instead of "Use"

    Search for the listing you want to use, select it, and hit "Continue"

    Fill in any missing content and check what's there for accuracy, then select the image from the listing that you want to use, then click "Generate Design"
