Navigate to [https://bullrealty.buildout.com/properties](https://bullrealty.buildout.com/properties)

From your Buildout homepage, click your name in the upper right corner

Click the "Login" field. The agent's email Bull Realty address will be both their login and email. Create a password for the agent. Standard default has been Welcome1

Add the agent's first name, last name, phone number, extension

Add the Agent's profile picture from their broker file. Should be 400x400 px. 

Now we need to update their permissions. From the main user's screen, scroll all the way down to the bottom to find the newly added agent. Click on their name.

Click "Can Have Properties". This will not be checked for all new users by default. Only select this option when adding agents, not support staff members. 

Deselect all other default selected permission and only select Can Have Properties, Can Edit Properties, Can Edit Comps, Can Edit Property Website.

If the agent is working on a team with another agent, you can select the appropriate agent from the other user's section so they can view each other's assignments and make updates as needed. 

Buildout

Add new agents to Buildout once they have their first listing. Use the Adding Agents to BR.com without listings step by step to add them to the website if they do not have any assignments.
