Navigate to your campaign in Mobile Commons

Click "Actions"

Click "New Opt-In Path"

Click the "Name" field.

Type "AN \[INSERT WORKPLACE CAMPAIGN NAME\] Sync"

Click the "Any other method such as a web form or CRM sync." field.

Click this button.

Delete the canned message text that appears in the message box, and copy/paste in the following text: [[{% if true %}]]\ [[{% endif %}]]

Click the blue "Save & Continue" button

If correct, the text you pasted in will look like the green text box shown here.

Then fill out this form: <https://uaw.org/solidweb/mcsync/> You will need the link to the opt in path, a link to the Action Network Form that you created, as well as the Local Union Number and name of the campaign.
