Navigate to the referral portal login page. <https://phhs-referral.eceptionist.com/live/default_login.aspx> (Hint: You may need to click the NOT A DOMAIN link located underneath the SUBMIT button to open the login screen for external users.)

To create a new account you must first confirm that your email address is valid and does not already exist in the referrral portal. Enter your work email address and click the SENDAUTHCODE button.

If your email does not already exist in the system, you will see a success message

Check your inbox for an email from a no-reply email address with your authentication code. Enter the auth code in the space provided and click VERIFY.

An account form will display. Complete the required fields.

Select your practice name from the drop-down. If your practice name is listed with one or more locations and your specific location is not listed, choose from the existing locations. (You will need to email Parkland separately to request that your additional location be added to the system.)

You may need to try a few variations if your practice name has multiple monikers. Enter in the office manager/supervisor field the name of an administrator who could confirm the legitimacy of your account if required. (In some cases, Parkland may need to reach out to your practice administrator before granting expanded access to the ERMS.)

Create a unique username that you will remember, one that is at least 6 characters. You may want to use your email address. Your password must be at least 8 characters and contain an uppercase and special character/number.

A success message will appear! Click LOG IN to return to the login screen to immediately submit a referral. Site administrator verification is needed to provide your account with expanded access. You do no need to wait for expanded access to submit your first referral.

After clicking log in, you will be redirected to the login page where your username will pre-populate. Enter your password to enter the referral portal.

Agree to the terms and click SEND RESPONSE. You can now submit  a referral to Parkland Health.

Follow these steps to create a new user account in Parkland Health's electronic referral management system (ERMS). New users will gain immediate, limited access to create and submit new referrals. After a Parkland staff member has validated the authenticity of your account, you may be provided with expanded access. In the meantime, you can submit your patient referrals using the ERMS once your have create your account.
