If there is a client owner:
**Step 6** will grab the client owners information
**Step 7** will create a task to update the notes section on the client profile to include reasons for leaving and assign in to the client owner.
If there is no client owner, **Step 9** will create the same task and assign it to either a group of employees or an individual employee based on your settings.
*Pro-tip: To edit a task assignment, click the task step, and select either employee or segment for the assignee type. You can then select "Select from list" and pick either a segment (all admin, managers, or coaches) or an individual employee depending on your assignee type.*
