Create a Child Code (Move Inventory)

You have 3 options to generate **Child Codes** or **"Move Inventory"**. - **Block:** Allows you to allocate Access Codes to Child Codes. - **Serial Number:** Allows you to automatically allocate access codes to a one time use serial number (Child Codes). - **Dynamic Token:** Allows you to allocate Access Codes to a particular course.

Click **Companies** and select your company

Once in the Company, click **Access Code**, search for and select the **Access Code** you wish to allocate **Child Codes** for.

Click the green **Allocate** button

**Block Option:** Allows you to allocate access codes to child codes In the **Access Code** field enter a name for the **Child Code**, enter the quantity you wish to allocate, then click **Apply**.

**Serial Number Option:** Allows you to automatically allocate access codes to a one time use serial number. In the **Quantity** field enter the amount of **Serial Numbers** you wish to generate, then select the **Type** (serial number, numeric, or alpha numeric) of Serial Number, and select **Export Generated Codes**, then click **Apply**.

**Tip!** Exported files typically go to the **Downloads** folder on your computer by default, unless you specifically chose a different location during the export process. The file name will appear as "generated_child_codes"

**Dynamic Token:** Allows you to allocate Access Codes to a particular course. In the **Access Code** field enter a name for the **Dynamic Token**, select the course you wish to assign the Dynamic Token to, then click **Apply**.

Similar to the steps above, Child Codes can be allocated to another *existing* Child Code. Simply select the **Child Code** you wish to allocate to another **Child Code.** Select **Allocate,** in the **Access Code** field enter a name for the **Child Code**, enter the quantity you wish to allocate, then click **Apply**.

Child Codes can be **Revoked**, returning the access allotment to the parent code.

Enter the **Revoke Count** and click **Save**
