Create a club release

Click "Clubs"

Click here.

Click the club you would like to create a release for.

Click "Actions"

Click "New Release"

Click the "Release Name" field and enter the name of this release.

Click the "Release Description" field and enter a description for the release.

Choose a release date.

If you have pick up enabled, click the "Pick Up Date" field ad choose the date members can pick up the release.

Click "Allow Order Customizations" if you would like your customers to have the ability to customize their order.

Click the "Deadline for Order Customizations" field and enter the date the customers must update their order by.

You can choose to set a minimum order value or minimum order quantity for customized orders. You may also leave these blank.

Under "Club Manager's" Selectiom, choose the default products you will send members if they don't choose to customize.

If you are giving members the option to switch out products or order other ones, click "Add Optional Product".

Choose which products the members can choose from.

If you give club members a discount, add it here. This can be discounts on product and/or shipping.

Enter all of the necessary details and click "Add Discount"

Click "Create Orders". Orders will not be charged at this time.
