Create a Consignment booking in web portal

Navigate to <https://case.opologic.com/>

Click "Cases" tabs

Click "Add Case" button

Select surgeon from list

Choose hospital

Choose proceedure

If presented with procedure option - select one

Click "Next" to proceed

Add patient reference

Select products to be used in case

Click "Next" to proceed

Change "Type" of booking to '**Consignment Booking'**

The system will then show you the consignment equipment at that hospital available for booking. Select the equipment you want to select for this booking by checking the box
**Don't know which consignment equipment is being used?** Select the option 'Kit info unknown'

Click "Next" to proceed

The following screen allows additional loan equipment to be shipped. Press 'Skip' if no loan equipment

Add any "booking notes" if required\ \ Select "delivery address" if multiple are avaliable

Click "Save"
