If presented with procedure option - select one

Change "Type" of booking to '**Consignment Booking'**

The system will then show you the consignment equipment at that hospital available for booking.

Select the equipment you want to select for this booking by checking the box

**Don't know which consignment equipment is being used?**

Select the option 'Kit info unknown'

The following screen allows additional loan equipment to be shipped. Press 'Skip' if no loan equipment

Add any "booking notes" if required\

Select "delivery address" if multiple are avaliable
