Click "Create Campaign" and select "Direct Mail"

Enter a campaign name, choose your goal, then click "Create Campaign"

If advertising a listing, search for your listing and select it

Click the "Search by Property Address..." field.

Next, adjust your content.  You can choose from the default templates, or select a custom template.  Then you can adjust the text to be included on the postcard!

You can also add a QR code to your postcards for tracking purposes!  When someone scans the QR code, it will take them to a landing page you've created and it will track that info to report in the campaign metrics.

You'll be taken to a page where you can adjust postage class as well as narrow the parameters for your targeting.  You can choose specific property types and other parameters to filter by so that your postcards go to the target audience.
