All parts returned for overstock need to be in the original packaging, including all protective adhesives and materials.
Non-serialized parts are not returnable as overstock or RMA.
Please make sure to inspect the parts for any physical damage before the RMA is submitted. Parts with cracked screens, torn flex cables, or parts that are not from Distro will be rejected.
All repair parts are covered by a comprehensive lifetime warranty against any defects or malfunctions. This warranty does not apply to equipment, consumables (rework kits), tempered glass, or EOL (End of Life) parts that have been part of a pullback.
Non-OEM parts overstock is not supported by our business partnership with our vendors. We will grant a 30-day buyer's remorse period for all Non-OEM parts that starts the day the parts are received at the store--this includes duplicate or wrong orders.
Please only use the shipping label provided by the system. This ensures that the orders will be received at the proper location.
Parts in Sold and Reserved status need to be corrected to the proper inventory status in Portal prior to being added to an RMA.
Do not include RMAs in a BuyBack box if the BuyBack is not going to the Orlando Warehouse.
