Any and all parts marked as defective must be scanned on an RMA shipment with 7 days of being marked defective.

Click "Login"

Click "RMA"

Click "RMA REQUEST"

Click "RMA Menu"

Click "Create Distro RMA"

Click the "Packager Name:" field and type the name of the tech that is preparing the RMA

Click on "Get Tracking#"

proceed to scan the Distro label for all parts marked as "Defective"
