    Click "NEW SCHEDULER"

    Give your new scheduler a name

    What type is it?

    Click "Fixed Date"

    Give it start and end dates

    Click "SUBMIT"

    On the column showing the date that you want to offer meetings, while pressing your left-mouse button, scroll over the full range of times that you're willing to meet. This will highlight that time range and pop-open a dialog box.

    Select the locations (virtual or physical) that you want to allow the other person to choose for your meeting.

    Then choose the meeting lengths that you will allow. For an easy-to-read display, we suggest allow them only one or two options. A check mark will show up for each allowable length.

    Click "SUBMIT CHANGES"

    Tip! That's it. If you want to allow meetings on additional dates, repeat steps 8-11 on those dates.
