This lesson uses Google Sheets as a source for recording responses from a form submission.\ \ If you'd like to follow along with the specific steps in the lesson, you'll need a Google account and access to Google Sheets.\ \ If you don't have access to Google Sheets, there are other integrations you can use that are suitable for this section, including Notion and Airtable.
    2
    Create a blank spreadsheet.
    3
Name the spreadsheet '**no code resources**' (top left of the page).\ \ Add the column headers: No Code Book, No Code Podcast, No Code Tool, No Code Blog, Other Resources and Email address.
    4
Navigate to [Questmate.](https://www.questmate.com?utm_campaign=100daysofnocode)\ \ Click "**Try for free**"
    5
Enter your email address and click "**Continue**"
    6
Questmate will ask you to verify your email with a code.\ \ Open your email client, copy your code and head back to Questmate to verify the code.
    7
Once you've verified your code, click "**Continue**".
    8
Enter your display name and click "**Submit**".
    9
You'll be taken to your Questmate dashboard.\ \ Click "**Create Quest**".
    10
Give your Quest a name.\ \ You can create any Quest you want for this lesson, but if you'd like to follow along with this specific example, you'll create a public form that'll allow people to submit their favourite no-code resources.\ \ Add the Quest name "**No Code Resources**" and click "**Create Quest**".
    11
Click the menu button next to "**Manual**".
    12
Select the option "**Public Link**". \ \ This is because this lesson is going to be publicly shared for anyone that wants to submit their resources.
    13
    Click "**Choose this Start Trigger**".
    14
Click the "**Welcome Text**" field and enter the welcome text that users will see when they open your Quest (in this case, a form).
    15
You're now going to add the first item to your form. Click "**Add Item**".
    16
    Select "**Short Answer**" when prompted.
    17
Click inside the "**Short Answer**" field and replace the text with your item request. In this example, you'll start by asking for book recommendations.
    18
Toggle the "**Required**" field to off.\ \ You'll do this for all items in this form, as the goal is just to collect as many resources as possible, which means making the form submission as easy as possible too.
    19
    Click "**Add Item**"
    20
    Select "**Short Answer**"
