Create a Mailing Campaign Using Your Saved Lists On File.

Click "LOG IN"

Click Postcard on top menu then "Direct Mail Real Estate Postcards"

You will arrive at the product page. First select your mailing list to use/audience. See List & Mail tab below for detail on list options.

Let's Zoom In - Starting at the > Select List Option Navigate the dropdown menu to > Use My List On File

Another dropdown menu will appear (give it a few seconds) with your list(s) Select the list you want to use for this mailing. You can add multiple by clicking again, The Cumulative total will be displayed in your QTY box below, so you order the correct amount of postcards

Listed, Sold or another Momentum Card? Add homeowners Closest to your featured property. Simply select the additional quantity you want to add. We will build that list and add it in for this mailing

Now select the size of the postcard you want to order.

Choose your Paper & Additional Coatings (optional). Standard Postage (presort/bulk) is in included and First Class is available.

Type in any reference name for this mailer, or use the featured address (optional- will appear in billing)

We are selected our mailing lists on file, so the quantity in this example is auto populated. We are going to Upload our own Art/Design or Layout file (a pdf). (If not we could pick a template here to customize)

The uploader will open. Drag/Drop or Browse to add your file(s). Then select "COMPLETE" - your upload will begin

Once upload is completed, you will advance to your Shopping Cart. You can order more or review your items displayed and proceed to Checkout.

Select your payment method - If you have a Billing Account on file with our office, you can use that or select credit card and enter your credit card info or use a saved card you entered here in My Account.

Agree to the website terms and conditions if acceptable to proceed.

Click "Place order"
