Create a Moodle Choice Activity

Click "Edit mode".

Click "Add an activity or resource".

Select Choice activity from the list.

Provide a name for the Choice activity.

Provide an optional description to inform students on what they are voting on.

Set 'Allow choice to be updated' as "Yes" if you want students to update their vote.

Add options for students to select from.

Click "Save and return to course" to confirm changes.
