    Click "New Project"

    Select a Project Template if your company has multiple Project Templates.

    **Alert! Project Templates manage the folder structure and user permissions for the project. *You must be an Administrator to manage Project Templates.***

    Next Select Project Status\ Select Archived if the project is complete and is being entered for record.

    Click the "Project Number" field if you have a job number associated with the project You can add multiple Project Numbers if needed by clicking "Add Another Project Number"

    Click the "Project Name" field and input the project name.

    **Alert! BuildFlow will search the existing projects to see if the project already exist to avoid duplication.**

    Click the "Address 1" field and add in the address of the project

    Choose the correct Phase of the project

    Search Tags are used  to quickly locate projects by Location, Floor, Project Type, etc.

    **Alert!** **IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ONLY SELECT THE LOCATION(s) and Floor(s) that apply to the project or you will get bad search results.** **If you do not see a Location or Floor contact your Administrator to request that it be created.**

    Click the appropriate Location

    Then select the address

    Then select the Floors that the project is taking place on

    If the project will be going out to bid click "Bid Details"

    Enter Bids Due by date for the Bidders

    Click "Add Bid Information" if you need to add in any addition information

    Click "Project Image" and add an image for the Project Home screen

    Click "Upload"
