      Navigate to Synbiotix

      Enter your username and password and click "Login"

      Click Stock Management

      Click "Administration"

      Click "Manage Users"

      Add a New User

      Click "Add New"

      Enter the user details

      The fields username, first name and surname are mandatory

      Click "Save"

      Assign Roles

      Once the user has been created, you need to assign roles. Roles control what a user can do within the system

      Click the "Assign Roles" button

      Select the required role(s)

      The following roles are available: - **Administrators** - can make changes to the system configuration and manage users - **Order** - can order stock for a ward - **Order Approval** - can approve ward orders - **Picking** - can pick, dispatch and deliver orders from the - **Supplier Order** - can order stock from suppliers to the warehouse - **Supplier Order Acceptance** - can accept supplier orders to the warehouse - **Supplier Order Approval** - can approve supplier orders - **Support Contact** – this user appears on the Help page as support contact for the Helpdesk system

      Click "Assign Selected roles"

      The selected roles will move to the 'Assigned Roles' section

      Assign Locations
