The following roles are available:
- **Administrators** - can make changes to the system configuration and manage users
- **Order** - can order stock for a ward
- **Order Approval** - can approve ward orders
- **Picking** - can pick, dispatch and deliver orders from the
- **Supplier Order** - can order stock from suppliers to the warehouse
- **Supplier Order Acceptance** - can accept supplier orders to the warehouse
- **Supplier Order Approval** - can approve supplier orders
- **Support Contact** – this user appears on the Help page as support contact for the Helpdesk system
