    Create a New User (Efficacy Audit)

      Navigate to Synbiotix
      Enter your username and password and click "Login"
      Select Sigma
      Click "Administration"
      Click "Manage Users"

      Add a New User

      Click "Add New"
      Enter the user details
      The fields username, first name and surname are mandatory
      Click "Save"

      Assign User Roles

      Once the user has been created, you need to assign roles. Roles control what a user can do within the system
      Click "Assign Roles"
      Select the efficacy audit from the drop-down box
      Select the required role(s)
      The efficacy audit roles are: - **Administrators** - the administrator can change the questions in the efficacy audit and add new users - **Dashboard Drill Down**- user can view dashboards and reports - **Dashboards -** user can view dashboards and reports (performs the same function as Dashboard Drill Down) - **Data View and Entry** - user can perform audits - **Support Contact** – this user appears on the Help page as support contact for the Sigma system
      Click "Assign selected roles"
      Next select Sigma from the drop-down box
      Select the required role(s)
      The Sigma roles are: - **Administrators** - administrators have access to all parts of the Sigma system. They can make changes to the audits and add new users - **Dashboard Drill Down** - user can view dashboards and reports - **Data View and Entry** - user can perform audits - **Support Contact** – this user appears on the Help page as support contact for the Sigma system
