Enter the new user details.
For most users the mandatory fields are username, first name and surname. If you want the user to appear as a "Support Contact" on the Help page, you also need to enter an email address or phone number.
Click "Save"

The new user account will appear

You now need to assign roles to the user, or assign them to a profile group. Roles determine what functions a user can perform in the system. A profile group is a pre-configured set of roles
