Create a New User in Wordsynk Portal

Wordsynk

Select the "User Administration" page

Select "User Administration"

Select "Create a new user"

Select the "Select Title" field and enter your title

Select a title

Select the "First Name" field and enter the first name

Select the "Last Name" field and enter the last name

Select the "Email" field and enter an email address

If the user is already registered to Wordsynk, you will see a warning.

Select the "Mobile Number" field and enter a mobile number

Select the "Job Title" field and enter a job title

Select the "Select business unit" field

You can assign Business Units that are at the same access level as your account. - If you have access to only one Business Unit (e.g., *Leeds Combined Court*), you will only be able to assign that specific unit to the user. - If you have access to multiple Business Units, you will see a list of all available units and can select the ones you want the user to have access to.

You will see a drop down box. Select the business units the user will have access to

You will see the business units selected

Click "Save"

The user added will receive an email to set their password
