      Navigate to Synbiotix[ ](https://hcahealthcareuk.synbiotix.com/Login.aspx)

      Enter your username and password and click "Login"

      Select POS

      Click "Administration"

      Click "System Users"

      Create the User

      Click "Add New"

      Enter the new user details. The fields username, first name and surname are mandatory

      Click "Save"

      You now need to assign roles to the user

      Assign Roles

      Click "Assign Roles"

      Select the required role(s)

      Most users will need the **POS Terminal** role. - **POS Administrators** – access to back office and to complete voids or returns at terminal - **POS Dashboard** – access to reports - **POS Terminal** – access to till top only - The **Purchase Order** and **Stoke Take** roles are related to placing stock orders - **POS Allergen** – view allergen information for items

      Click "Assign selected roles"

      Set the POS PIN

      Click "Reset Password"

      Click "Add a POS PIN"

      Enter and confirm the user's POS PIN

      You can't see the POS PIN after it's been set, so make sure it's a number the user will remember
