Navigate to Invoice tab ([https://admin.portone.cloud/invoices](https://admin.portone.cloud/invoices/invoice-form?lastCurrency=THB&lastCountry=TH)) by clicking Invoice in Left Side bar

Click either of the Options as per your choice

Click the "Customer Name\*" field & add customer name

Click the "Customer Email\*" field Enter customer email address

Click checkbox to "Add shipping address to the invoice"

Click "Send invoice via SMS ?" if you want to send the invoice link and details via SMS

Click the "Invoice Description" field & add invoice description

Click "Add Custom Fields (Optional)" i you wish to add custom fields for your invoice

Add custom fields in form of Key-Value pair

Click checbox "Show this custom field on the invoice." (Optional)

Click "Send Payment Confirmation Email to Customer?" checkbox if you want to send confirmation email

Send Payment Confirmation Email to Customer?

Click "Manage" if you want to configure the payment method for your invoice
