Create a Project Insight Task from Outlook

**Open** an Outlook Message

**Click** "App" icon

**Click** "Project Insight for Outlook" app. *\*if you do not have this app, ask your IT administrator how to obtain it*

**Click** "Create Task"

**Click** "Project" dropdown menu

**Select** the "Project" you want to add the task to.

**Click** "Summary Task" dropdown

**Select** the "Summary Task" you want to add the task to.

**Click** "Assigned To" dropdown menu.

**Select** the 'Resource' being assigned the task.

**Check** "Copy Email" to attach a copy of the email to the task.
