Create the Email

Click the "compose new mail" icon.

Select "Send Mail With Template".

Click "Marketing Emails".

Search for the email you'd like to send, i.e. "open house", "just listed", etc.

Select your template.
Adding a Property to the Email

Click the "Link to other people or properties" field.

Type in the address or MLS # of the property you want to create the email for.

Click on the property.
More than one property may be added, however they will all be listed under the Open House section.

The property details should load into the template. Now you may send to your contacts.
