Navigate to <https://dashboard.offstreet.io/dashboard>

In the left-hand sidebar, click **Reporting** &gt; **Reporting.**

In the **[[Name]]** field, enter a title for your report.

Click File Format to choose a file type (CSV or Excel).

If you aren't **scheduling a report**, you can manually select a date range using the date picker, or choose from quick options like **Today**, **Yesterday**, **Month to Date**, or **Last Month**.

When you click *Download Report,* the report will include data based on your selected date range.

Click the **Schedule** **Recurring Report** checkbox. This will open the sharing options for setting up an automated report.

Click Reporting Period to change the frequency of these reports.\

The report will be sent automatically based on the selected reporting period:

- **Monthly**: Sent on the **1st of each month at 6 AM**
- **Weekly**: Sent **every Monday at 6 AM**
- **Daily**: Sent **every day at 6 AM**

All reports are delivered according to your account’s default time zone.

Enter the **email addresses** of recipients who should receive the report automatically. \

If the recipient has an Offstreet account, you can select their name from the dropdown list.

The Registration Report allows you to filter by Billing Type, Locations, Tenants or Registration Setting Name.

The Billing Type filter allows you to narrow down your report by the type of transaction: Prepaid, Invoiced, or No Charge.

- Prepaid: Sessions that are paid for by the parker at the time of registration.
- Invoiced: Sessions that have a rate attached but are not paid through the Offstreet platform.
- No Charge: Sessions that have no rate attached.

To add or remove a selected billing type from your report, simply click the **[[X]]** next to the filter chip, or by clicking the checkbox.

Locate the location you want to include in the report by entering a keyword in the **[[Search]]** field, or just select it from the list.

Locate the tenant you want to include in the report by entering a keyword in the **[[Search]]** field, or just select it from the list.

Locate the registration setting you want to include in the report by entering a keyword in the **[[Search]]** field, or just select it from the list.

Select a checkbox to add or remove a column from the report.

Once you have made your filter and column selections, you can save the data report by clicking **Save Report**.

Click **[[Download Report]]** to automatically download the file to your device. The report will be saved in the selected format (e.g., XLSX).

You can choose to download your report directly in your browser, or receive a downloaded copy via email. \

Create a Registration Report
