Select your new IVR menu to configure it

From the Prompt menu, choose between an audio recording or Text to Speech.

Click "Add Key" to configure menu options for callers.

Choose between the "Action" options, and what key the caller should press.
The extensions menu contains the type of extensions: Users, IVR menus, Groups, Other.

Remember to save your changes in the bottom right corner.
