Click "Phone System"
Click here.
Click "IVR Menus"
Click "New IVR Menu"
Input the desired name for this menu. Then Save.
Select your new IVR menu to configure it
The Extension Info menu allows you to change these settings
From the Prompt menu, choose between an audio recording or Text to Speech.
Click "Add Key" to configure menu options for callers.
Choose between the "Action" options, and what key the caller should press.
The extensions menu contains the type of extensions: Users, IVR menus, Groups, Other.
Select the desired user callers should connect to
Click "Save" when finished
Notice your newly created key press.
Remember to save your changes in the bottom right corner.
Click "View Defaults" to check the default Generic key press settings for this domain.
Notice what happens when callers press #, or \*, and actions after prompts play 3 times.
Let's create a new prompt for our menu!
Click "Prompts Library"
Click "Import Prompts" if you have a recording from the customer already!
