    Navigate to NotionApps and follow the sign-up process.\ \ Once you're logged in to your NotionApps dashboard, click "**App Templates**"

    Clone app from a template

    Select the "**Employee Directory**" template

    Click "**Clone App**"

    Click here to open the Employee Directory template.

    Click this icon to duplicate the template to your Notion account.

    Click "**Add to Private**". It may take a few minutes to add the template to your account.

    Go back to NotionApps and Click "**Next**"

    Click "**Connect Notion Template**"

    Click "**Select pages**"

    Find and select the "**Employee Directory**"

    Click "**Allow access**"

    Within NotionApps, click "**Next**"

    Ensure "**Employee Directory**" is selected as the Notion Template and click "**Clone App**"

    Tip! If you do not see "Employee Directory" listed in the Notion template drop-down menu, press Refresh. You may have to do this a few times as it can take a few minutes to sync within NotionApps.

    Run through the short tour by reading the notes and clicking "**Next**"

    When you've finished the tour, click "**Done**"

    Removing screens and navigation items

    Take a few moments to click around the app so you can get a feel for how it's structured. \ \ In this example, we only need to create an employee directory app that's managed by one person in HR, so let's start by removing the screens we don't need from the app.\ \ Click "**Edit Navigation**"

    In the "**Bottom Navigation**" section, select this navigation item. This is a screen that currently exists within the template for annual leave requests, which we don't need for this use case.
