Create an Identity

Getting Started

On the left-hand side Navigation Panel, navigate to 'Account Setup' and select 'Account'.

Adding an Identity in Admin

Click on the 'Identities' tab and select the 'Create Identity' button on the right-hand side of the screen.
A new page will open up where you can capture the Identity's details. These details will appear by replacing your Company Details when this identity is applied to an itinerary. **Note:** The best shape logo for your Identity is 3:1, 3 times as wide as high.
In the details of your Identity, there is an option called 'Co-branding.' Ticking the box will activate the Co-branding function for this Identity. Click 'Save' to confirm these settings. The co-branding option will add your logo to the itinerary along side the logo and contact information of the Identity created. This allows your branding to be present and provide extra credibility and security for the Traveler.

Unbranded Itineraries

If you would like to send an Itinerary with no branding on it, you can do so in the last step of the Itinerary Builder. The cog next to the Itinerary link will open up a pop-up to select the unbranded option
On this pop-up, select 'Unbranded Itinerary' and copy the new link.
