If the Business Unit does not appear you may not have access to it. Please contact thebigword Customer Services team at [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) to configure your access accordingly.

Click on the Business Unit (Court) you want to select.

Click the "Requested By" field.

Select the user who is requesting this booking to be created, if you are creating a booking on behalf of someone else. Otherwise, please select your name.

Click "Create Booking"

Click the "Select service type" field.

Select the Service Type

Select the appropriate Appointment Type

Click the "To Language" field and start typing the language you require for this booking.

Select the language.

Select the venue the interpreter will need to attend by using one of the pre-configured addresses.
