In Pear Assessment, click "Item Bank"

Click "+New Item"

Start by selecting the item type from the left menu.

Then, select the question type.

Enter the question and answer

Select the correct standard set of Virginia Standards from the menu.

Click "Search standard(s)"

Select the correct substandard(s).

Leave the scoring type as "Exact match"

Click "Meta data"

Add in the Difficulty Level and Bloom's Taxonomy

Click "SAVE"

Click "PUBLISH"

The items will automatically be saved into the "Created by Me" folder. To share to the district library, the items will need to be added to an assessment.
