For a Resident Alert, you will have to choose that resident from the "Resident Name" dropdown. Below are a few examples this type of alert might be used:
- Residents who shouldn't have visits
- Care Change Conversations - be notified when residents get a visit if you need to talk to a specific residents family about care changes with their loved one.
- Restraining Order - a visitor should not be visiting a resident, but you're unable to setup a visitor alert because you don't know their phone number.
