From your AnyTrack dashboard, create a new property. **Note**: If the decision tree is on a website already added to AnyTrack, you can use that property and skip to Step 3.

Set a Name for your property, e.g. "My Website". On Website URL, enter the domain associated to the ad pixel that will measure the conversion events from your decision tree.\ \ Click Next.

Click on the AnyTrack Tag to copy to clipboard.

From the LeadsHook dashboard, click on "Admin".

Select "Custom Fields".

Select "Form".

Click on + Add

On Custom Field enter "click_id".

On Name enter "anytrack".
Comments
For Type select "text".
Comments
Switch the Visible slider to "No".
Comments
Click on Save.
Comments
Open the Decision Tree you want to track.

Click on Dt Scripts.
Comments
Click the Add button from the Global Scripts section.
Comments
On Name enter "AnyTrack Tag", and select "Above head" from the Position dropdown menu.

Paste the AnyTrack Tag from Step 3.

Click on Save.

Back in AnyTrack, navigate to Integrations.

Search for the LeadsHook integration and click on its card.
