Create and Print a Class Roster Report

Infinite Campus

Google Sheets

Make sure the **Classroom Navigation** layout is turned **ON**...

Click the **class** tile / link you would like to view...

Click the **Students** tab

Click the **Print Options** button

Check the boxes of any **Report Options** you would like to display...

🚩 **TIP**: If you teach several sections, you can create a single spreadsheet file with multiple class rosters. For example, a media specialist may want to export all of their Kindergarten Media students to one spreadsheet. The "Course" column on the spreadsheet will indicate the different course sections...

You can simply "Generate a PDF" but most teachers prefer using spreadsheets... Click the drop-down arrow... click the **Generate CSV** option

If you are prompted, selected the **Downloads** folder... click the **Save** button

Open the spreadsheet from your **Downloads** folder...

**TIP**: The roster report will open as an **Excel** spreadsheet. Most teachers prefer to **copy & paste** the student names into **Google Sheets**....

Select all of the **Last Name** and **First Names** cells... **Ctrl + C** to copy the names

**Close** the Excel spreadsheet...

Open a **Google Sheet**... click the **Edit** menu... **Paste special**... and **Values only**

The names will paste into the columns... If you would like to print the roster, click the **Print** icon.
