    Creating and Sending Broadcast Emails

    In the Admin Menu, Click "Communication" dropdown

    Click "Broadcast Email Messages"

    Click "New Advanced Message/Newsletter"

    Choose the date and time you want your email to be sent

    Type in the Email's Subject

    To publish this email as part of a newsletter, select the appropriate category from the dropdown menu below

    Choose from this dropdown which template to use for the email

    Click this button.

    Start composing your broadcast email. Enter your message in the text box provided.

    Do not remove the ##CANSPAM_FOOTER_DO_NOT_REMOVE## replacement key from the bottom of the emails. This key inserts the image that is used to track open rate - without it, only messages where the recipient clicks a link can be detected as "opened."

    Font style and size can be modified by highlighting the text that needs to be modified

    If there's a need to add new section, go to Rows

    Choose from the list which structure to use. Simply click and drag to the email

    To add other contents like Image, Link, Social Icons, go to Content

    Click "Save and Continue >>" when finished writing your message

    To attached additional document or image, click "Choose File"
