    Navigate to [https://actionnetwork.org/](https://actionnetwork.org/groups/uaw-t2/manage)and login

    Click "GO TO A GROUP"

    Type your local number in. In this example we're using "Daimler Trucks"

    Click "UAW Daimler Trucks"

    Click "Emails" tab

    Click "Email" in the toolbox on the right hand side

    Fill in the subject of the email. Fill in the "From:" field with "UAW Daimler Trucks" and in the "Reply To:" field, enter an email address that will be monitored. You can set this up with Gmail or another service. Work with your local leadership to determine who will be monitoring replies and which email address to use.

    Copy the body of the email from the PDF/Word Doc of the bargaining update or document you have received and paste it into the body potion of the email.

    After you paste in the bargaining update text, you'll likely have to do some formatting, such as remove line breaks, or bold text, or increase the font size. Use the toolbar in the editor to do these. "Format" is where you can choose different headline settings if needed. From what I've seen in the formatting for most of the bargaining updates, it looks like you likely won't have to change the font size.

    To insert a link, such as linking to the bargaining updates section of your website. Highlight the text you want to link.

    Click "Link"

    Click "Insert link"

    Paste in the link, such as a link to your bargaining updates page.

    Click "Open link in new tab"

    If you need add an image to the email, click "Image." Otherwise go to step 18.

    Click "Choose File" and upload the image from your computer. Once placed, you can format the image to your liking, including setting the alignment and width of the image.

    Once you have all of your links and/or images inserted (Again, I don't think these bargaining updates use images often, if at all) and you're ready to move on, click "SAVE AND TARGET YOUR EMAIL"

    To target the people that signed up for bargaining updates. Go to the "Actions and fundraising tab" and under "Actions" type the title of your Sign up for bargaining updates form that you created. You may have another method, such as a list that you've manually uploaded and applied a tag to.

    Navigate to the bottom of the page, Click "SAVE, PREVIEW, & SEND"
